Group Yogi Workshop

Service Description

With the Basic Yogi Workshop, we will bring our awareness back into our bodies. Come together with your friends or coworkers! We will create a space for ourselves to reset, gain flexibility, and learn to control our breath. I empower you to start this journey with a child-like heart. Play is an essential part of fulfillment as a person. Let go of any expectations you might have of yourself and what yoga should be. Come as you are! Let's collaborate on the space we want to create. Naturally learning how to heal and play through yoga. Afterward, all participants will receive a free yoga flow to practice at home weekly, once a month, or all in one day to reset their bodies.
